Seventy-something Deryl Fisher moved to Panama and then the Dominican Republic for several years. Deryl spent several years in the DR driving a “pirate taxi.” He’s now learned some Spanish to a good level, though he continues to work on it, and has begun to work as a freelance writer in recent years, telling others all about his wide-ranging expat experiences.
